Development Operations Coordinator, College of Natural Sciences
The Coordinator will play an integral role in overseeing the operational and administrative activities that support the College’s fundraising goals. The Development Operations Coordinator will handle all aspects of donor relations and donor impact by ensuring the integrity of donor data and gift fund management. Additionally, the coordinator will oversee scholarship and fellowship administration related to philanthropy as well as create and maintain processes to support frontline fundraisers, the dean, and department chairs in their donor interactions
Development Operations Coordinator, Walter Scott Jr. College of Engineering
The Development Operations Coordinator (DOC) supports long-term engagement with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and donors by managing the operational functions of the Walter Scott, Jr. College of Engineering’s development team. Key responsibilities include maintaining donor and gift data integrity, supporting stewardship activities, improving internal processes for fundraisers and leadership, and providing administrative support. This includes calendar management, travel and receipt processing, CRM updates, report generation, budget tracking, and assisting in the creation of donor materials, proposals, and presentations
Salesforce Report Writer
The Salesforce Report Writer position is responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, security, and documentation of reporting tools and associated applications. These tools must deliver timely, accurate, and clear outputs to support data-driven decisions aligned with University Advancement’s strategy and vision. The Salesforce Report Writer collaborates closely with functional teams across the division, as well as with leadership, to analyze business needs, determine effective approaches, evaluate existing options, and build sustainable solutions.
