Annual Giving Creative Strategist
The Annual Giving Creative Strategist (AGCS) is responsible for managing a comprehensive direct marketing fundraising program with the goal of increasing the total number of annual donors and alumni association members to Colorado State University. A skilled copywriter, gifted storyteller and strategic thinker, the AGCS will implement creative ideas and develop compelling and high-impact communications through the enhancement of a robust direct mail program for both annual giving and alumni membership. The AGCS will possess the ability to make informed data-driven decisions and implement program changes where appropriate, while highlighting the University’s mission with a focus on annual giving and alumni membership
Salary range: $50,000-$60,000

Assistant Director of Development, College of Health and Human Sciences
The Assistant Director of Development will work in a dynamic team environment with the College of Health and Human Sciences (CHHS) development team, Dean of the College, University Advancement partners, dean’s office staff and CHHS academic units to cultivate new donor relationships, generate financial philanthropic support, and steward gifts to CHHS. In collaboration with the Executive Director of Development and Director of Development, this position is responsible for creating and managing a strategy for a continuous and meaningful donor outreach (cold calling), identifying appropriate engagement opportunities within all 8 academic units, and collaborating with CHHS team to best engage donors and work them up the donor pyramid.
Salary range: $55,000-$65,000
