Our Open Roles

Development Operations Coordinator, College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences
The Development Operations Coordinator will handle all operational aspects the College’s development office, including but not limited to donor relations and stewardship, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of donor data and gift fund management, assisting with internal and external development office communications, etc. Additionally, the coordinator will create and maintain processes to support frontline fundraisers, the dean, department heads, and faculty in their donor interactions. Finally, the coordinator will manage the team’s student employees and will handle team administrative duties.

Leadership Annual Giving Officer
The Leadership Annual Giving Officer (LAGO) position will focus on developing and executing strategies to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward leadership annual giving donors. This person will manage a portfolio of approximately 150-200 donors, with a particular focus on securing gifts of $1,000 or more from alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends of the university. This position is responsible for creating and managing a strategy for a continuous pipeline of donors, including but not limited to initial outreach (i.e. cold calling), identifying appropriate engagement opportunities, and collaborating with other units to ensure effective donor transitions. The LAGO will manage, track, and allocate expenses for the Leadership Annual Giving program for projects, travel, events and/or programs with responsibility to make recommendations for additional resource needs. The LAGO will contribute to the growth and development of the donor pipeline, ultimately leading to increased support for university initiatives.

The College of Business (COB) is looking for an organized, creative, and motivated individual to join the College of Business Development Office. You will directly support the Development team and will be an integral part of enhancing all aspects of development, donor relations, stewardship and office management.
