In early July, CSU hit the road to catch up with our alumni and donors in the San Luis Valley and on the Western Slope. In just three days, hundreds gathered in Monte Vista, Montrose, and Grand Junction to celebrate Ram Pride and hear from a host of CSU leadership including President Amy Parsons, Vice President for University Advancement Scott Roberts, Alumni Association Executive Director Kristi Bohlender, and leaders from CSU Extension and the President’s Cabinet.
As part of the tour, we visited family farms, Extension offices, and the CSU Western Campus to learn about the amazing alumni making a difference in their communities. We got to see the ripple effect of CSU’s land-grant mission come to life, and left bursting with pride seeing CSU at work in every corner of Colorado.
