Please join us for a very important part of CSU’s planning process, the Campaign Leadership Briefings. This series of invitation-only virtual events are designed to provide a forum for input from a select group of donors, like you, whose belief and investment in CSU fuels our quest for excellence.
During the Briefing, President Joyce McConnell and Vice President for University Advancement Kim Tobin will give a short presentation on the proposed campaign positioning, including an update on CSU’s strategic planning process, and invite you into an open, candid discussion about CSU and our plans for the future as we prepare to launch an ambitious course of action.
Please contact Tonya Malik-Carson for questions or assistance finding a session that works for you.

What You Need to Know
Why Are You Attending?
We’ve recently initiated two signature projects that are poised to shape the next chapter in CSU’s future. The Courageous Strategic Transformation (CST) process, led by President Joyce McConnell, is establishing a bold vision for the University. In tandem, University Advancement has partnered with global philanthropic management consultant Grenzebach Glier and Associates (GG+A) to evaluate institutional aspirations and priorities with an eye toward Colorado State University’s next capital campaign.
One of the foundational elements of the next campaign will be our Case for Support, a visionary document intended to capture the heart of our University and inspire us to tackle some of the most significant challenges of our time. Toward that goal, we are seeking your advice on this important catalyzing document and the campaign priorities that will forever shape the future of Colorado State University.
Your opinion and input are an essential part of our planning and decision-making, and we are glad you will be a part of our planning process, the Campaign Leadership Briefings.

What to Expect at a Campaign Leadership Briefing
Between now and your meeting date: In early February, we’ll add a series of brief documents here on this site and ask you to review those for consideration during the meeting.
During your meeting date: President Joyce McConnell and Vice President for University Advancement Kim Tobin will give a short presentation on the proposed case for support. We’ll dedicate most of the meeting to an open, candid discussion about CSU, the case for support, the campaign priorities, and plans for the future.
We have purposely designed this series of invitation-only virtual events to provide a forum for input from a select group of donors, like you, whose belief and investment in CSU fuels our quest for excellence. Each meeting is specifically designed to encourage dialogue; groups are no larger than 12-15 participants allowing all attendees to interact with questions and input.
