Meet Alexa, '20

Hi Rams! I am a senior studying business with a concentration in marketing here at CSU. Even though I only transferred here last year, I already feel so at home and am excited to continue exploring Fort Collins this year.

This summer I am really enjoying traveling with friends and family to California, Las Vegas, and everywhere in between! I am trying to soak up my last summer before I enter “the real world”. In August, not only will my classes be back in full swing but I will also be continuing my internship with CSU Athletics. After working as a manager with a team in Nebraska I discovered my passion for the business side of athletics and I have been so blessed to get to work closely with the teams here as well!

Meet Naomi, '20

Hello everyone, I am studying music therapy and business, and I will graduate this coming May 2020. I have been a musician for my entire life and I always knew that I would go on to study music in college. I had the chance to take some lessons and interact with some of the people I would be taking classes from before I committed to CSU, and the level of passion and their willingness to go above and beyond for students really impressed me.

Outside of my normal studies, I am also heavily involved in undergraduate research and some other student organizations of campus as well. I love CSU and feel extremely lucky to be able to learn and grow alongside the other students on this campus.

Meet Ryan, '20

Howdy, I am currently a senior here at CSU studying soil and crop sciences and a minor in technology and agricultural literacy. I chose my major and concentration soon after my first semester, when Dr. Raj Kohsla, a Soil & Crops faculty member, talked to me about the Applied Information Technology branch of my degree. He saw that I had an aptitude for computer and data science, but also a love for agriculture, and helped me see the degree combined both of those interests together.

I am working on campus this summer working for the College of Agricultural Sciences doing student engagement and recruitment, helping to reach out to potential future Rams. I love the wealth of diversified opportunities here at CSU. More importantly, I love the people I’ve met through all these opportunities, who focus on engaging and building the next generation of world leaders.
