Major Gift Announcements 

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences received a $5 million active revocable commitment bequest in support of the William and Carson Guzek College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences Scholarship.

The College of Agricultural Sciences received a $1 million active revocable commitment bequest in support of the Agricultural Scholarship Endowment.

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences received a $500,000 addition to an original $500,000 active revocable commitment trust in support of the Debra J. Marbut and Daniel W. Burger Equine Research Endowment.

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences received a $500,000 active revocable commitment bequest in support of equine orthopaedic research.

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences received a $357,290.31 outright planned gift in support of the Dorothy B. McCartney D.V.M. Scholarship Endowment.

University Advancement received a $287,000 outright gift of service to support data hygiene of CSU’s donor database and wealth screen of all Colorado residents.

The College of Agricultural Sciences received a $250,442.12 outright securities gift in support of the JBS Global Food Innovation Center in Honor of Gary and Kay Smith.

The College of Agricultural Sciences received a $250,000 regular active pledge in support of the JBS Global Food Innovation Center in Honor of Gary and Kay Smith.

The Office of Research and Interdisciplinary Programs received a $220,000 outright cash gift in support of the Center for the New Energy Economy.

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences received a $200,000 active revocable commitment bequest in support of the CVMBS Greatest Need fund.

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences received a $180,819.25 outright cash gift in support of the Animal Heart Center.

The College of Liberal Arts received a $143,700 outright gift-in-kind in support of the Gregory Allicar Museum of Art.

The College of Agricultural Sciences received a $131,292 outright gift-in-kind in support of animal nutrition.

The College of Health and Human Sciences received a $125,000 regular active pledge in support of the Richardson Design Center.

The College of Liberal Arts received a $108,875 outright gift-in-kind in support of the Gregory Allicar Museum of Art.

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences received a $100,000 outright cash gift in support of the Dr. Sarah Lindsay Schillereff Memorial Scholarship Endowment.

The Warner College of Natural Resources received a $100,000 active revocable commitment bequest in support of the Crews Family Scholarship for Pingree Park Endowment.

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences received an $83,207.24 outright gift in support of equine orthopaedic research ($41,603.62) and the Bud and Jo Adams Equine Reproduction Laboratory ($41,603.62).

The Department of Athletics received a $79,562.42 regular active pledge in support of football premium seating.

A $70,000 active revocable commitment trust was received in support of the Saulsberry Holcomb Scholarship ($50,000) in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and biology research ($20,000) in the College of Natural Sciences.

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences received a $68,000 outright gift in support of the Center for Companion Animal Studies.

The Warner College of Natural Resources received a $56,082 outright gift in support of Save the Elephants research.

The Warner College of Natural Resources received a $55,000 outright cash gift in support of the Colorado Conservation Exchange.

The College of Natural Sciences received a $52,500 regular active pledge in support of the G. William Orr, M.D., Scholarship Endowment ($50,000) and the G. William Orr, M.D., Scholarship ($2,500).

The Office of Research and Interdisciplinary Programs received a $50,878 outright cash gift in support of the purchase and installation of a solar PV structure on the CSU campus.

The College of Agricultural Sciences received a $50,000 active revocable commitment bequest in support of the Gregory M. and Patricia S. Perry Graduate Scholarship in Agribusiness.

The Alumni Association received a $50,000 regular active pledge in support of the Iris and Michael Smith Alumni Center.

The College of Natural Sciences received a $50,000 regular active pledge in support of the Dr. Bruce D. and Mrs. Karla S. Given Scholarship Endowment.

The President’s Office received a $50,000 revocable commitment in support of the University fund.

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences received a $50,000 outright gift in support of the Center for Companion Animal Studies.
