Ginny has closed gifts ranging from $50 to $3.5 million, and, for each one, the donor’s interests and personality have guided her strategy. Her 15-plus years of experience in development include working for nonprofits, in a college at CSU, and now, for an interdisciplinary fundraising unit.

With Nick Lobejko, managing director of development, College of Agricultural Sciences.
