As a kid, I moved a lot. My dad served in the Navy, so I had the chance to live all over the country and overseas. These adventures have given me a wider perspective of the world and a love for travel.

TELL US SOMETHING UNIQUE OR UNEXPECTED ABOUT YOU.
Before returning to CSU to get my M.B.A., I made a living riding horses and working for various horse show management companies. Due to the fact that I am not very tall, I rode all of our Welsh ponies to get them ready for the kids to show. If you do not know much about ponies, they aren’t always known for being on their best behavior!

WHERE DO YOU LIKE TO GIVE OF YOUR TIME, TALENTS, TREASURES?
My passion lies with animals. Whenever I can, I enjoy giving back to animals, particularly horses and dogs.

WHAT MOVIE/TV/NOVEL CHARACTER DO YOU MOST IDENTIFY WITH AND WHY?
Scarlett O’Hara from Gone with the Wind – she is feisty and challenges that status quo, but mostly I just love her character!
