Fundraising Essentials Webinar and Training

Registration is full. Please contact Shay Webb to be added to the wait list.

Making the Ask: Monday, March 28, 1-2:30 p.m.

Facilitated by Alexis Kanda-Olmstead, managing director of talent management, training, and support, and Ginny Fanning, director of development for enrollment and academic and student affairs. Learn firsthand from a seasoned fundraiser who thinks asking people for money is fun! Ginny has closed gifts ranging from $50 to $3.5 million, and, for each one, the donor’s interests and personality have guided her strategy. Her 15-plus years of experience in development include working for nonprofits, in a college at CSU and, now, for an interdisciplinary fundraising unit.

Perfecting Moves Management: Thursday, April 14, 2-3:30 p.m.

Facilitated by Shay Webb, assistant director of talent management, training, and support, and Nick Lobejko, managing director of development, College of Agricultural Sciences. Nick’s 10-year career in development has spanned three universities – UNC, CU, and now CSU – and he has found tremendous success at each. As the development lead, Nick manages his own portfolio as well as his college’s pipeline. With his extensive experience in fundraising, he will have many tips to share about moving prospects through the donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship cycles.
