We are bringing David D’Alessandro back for one of the most popular learning sessions from the 2015 UA Retreat. “Crucial Conversations: How to Communicate (and Listen) Effectively” will teach you how to manage the stress that can come from conflicts and difficult conversations. This interactive workshop will look at the different conflict styles individuals have, how to elicit information, how to listen for key concepts, and how to communicate without escalating. To RSVP, please accept the Oct. 5 Outlook invite from Alexis Kanda-Olmstead, or e-mail her at Alexis.Kanda-Olmstead@Colostate.edu.
