Our employees receive a competitive base salary compared to our peer institutions and the market.

We believe that to do their best work, our employees need time to do everything else. At CSU, employees accrue nearly 5 weeks of paid annual and 15 sick days, along with 10 paid holidays each year.

CSU matches an amount equivalent to 12 percent of your base salary to your retirement plan each year.

* Medical and Dental Insurance
Under CSU’s cost-share model, your monthly premiums for medical and dental insurance could be as low as $0.

* Academic Privileges
CSU employees receive nine tuition credits each year towards continuing education, and a 50 percent in-state tuition scholarship for spouses, domestic partners, civil union partners, and eligible children.

* Veterinary Teaching Hospital Discount
CSU employees are eligible to receive a 20 percent discount for veterinary care services at CSU’s renowned Veterinary Teaching Hospital- we know that pets are family too.
